Hello! I hope everyone is doing well

..As a General Dentist..
My wife and I have a goal to open a dental office, and since my family is in Orlando, Florida and her family is in Las Vegas, Nevada, we are currently deciding between these two areas. The goal is to open a dental office, and in the meantime work as an associate

I know it is possible to be successful anywhere, but I was hoping if anyone can please share insight on how it is working or opening a dental office in either of these cities. Does anyone know if either city is considered one of the easier or more challenging places to open a dental office? Any experiences or info would be greatly appreciated

I know a plus toward Orlando is that the dental hygiene shortage isn't so noticeable due to the ability for foreign dental graduates to get licensed there. I hear Las Vegas dentists at times struggle to find hygienist to the point that they often have to do their own hygiene.

I have a friend that did a start-up in Las Vegas. He is doing very well as far as I know. His office is very lean though, he does not have a hygienist and does all of his hygiene.

I have spent time in both Orlando and Vegas. My suggestion is...

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The distance from Orlando to Oklahoma City is about 1,100 miles, and the distance from Oklahoma City to Las Vegas is also around 1,100 miles.
