Dentistry experience: multiple specialties at same practice - list separately?

I shadowed at a multispecialty dental practice where I watched several different generalists and specialists, should I list each specialty as a separate entry on AADSAS or just one entry and then say in the description there was several different specialties? I ask because there is a field for "type of dentistry observed", so I'm leaning towards different entries, but then for some of the specialties I only did like a couple of hours. What do you guys think?

I would just add it as One entry and within the description, explain that it was a multipractice and the specialties you observed!!
