If your just putting job shadowing down as one of the things you did, whats the appropriate title to put for "position title", since your just there to observe you dont really HAVE a title...
i would think 'volunteer' would best fit, but then again I dont think thats correct since "volunteer" is a seperate option to choose from in the space where it says to click what type of activity it was.

any thoughts are appreciated..

Do not put "volunteer" for shadowing....

shadowing is... "Job Shadowing".... its an actual title. Your allocating time in your busy schedule to go and observe someone work

Only problem is that "Job Shadowing" doesn't make sense as a title. It's the action you did. And there's a place to check "Job Shadowing" further down, so it's kind of redundant. I also put "Observer".

I really don't think you are going to get rejected for what title you put down. Just put down Shadowing/Shadow/Observe...anything that makes sense.

It's in the list of things you can select, but that list is different from the box for "position title."

So make up a title that describes the activity you did. Shadow, Observer, anything. They won't deny you because of what you use as long as it implies you were just shadowing.
