Currently I'm a sophomore(lower) and I took these science classes:

Bio 1: NC( took it as a first semester freshman)
Bio 2: Lower sophomore: Withdraw
Chem 1: Upper freshman: B in lecture A in lab

Chem 2: waiting for the grade to come out. What would be the scenarios for me if I got:
A C in the class
A C- or lower
An F in the class

Would pursuing dentistry still be an option for me? I want to apply to schools like NYU COLUMBIA BUFFALO AND STONY BROOK

Yes it's still an option.

You still have plenty of time to improve.

A C in the class - do not retake, just do well in Orgo 1,2
A C- or lower - you MUST retake and also do well in Orgo 1,2
An F in the class - you MUST retake and also do well in Orgo 1,2

^ correct. Many dental schools require that you get a "C" or higher in all your pre-reqs. Even a C- means a retake.
