How it works: The pole is attached to a ball joint which allows you to easily rotate it in any direction so that the desired positioning of the dentoform is achieved (simulating dental chair & patient positioning). The product can then be locked into place once the pole is in the desired position.

Easy to Use! Compatible with all types of dentoforms (Kilgore, Columbia, Nissin, etc.). The articulator that your dentoform is attached to simply slips onto the pole (as seen in the video), which enables the product to be used with all types of dentoforms.

Hi,

The Dentoform Pole Mount is just for the Pole Mount and clamp on a ball & socket hinge (as seen in the video). It does not include a dentoform. You will need to buy that separately. Go to the website and click the "Contact Us" tab and submit a question regarding the cost of dentoforms.
