Should I register for new Dentpin if I am going to retake DAT? and Is $413:00 charge for the Dentpin or for the test?

You do not need to register for a new Dentpin. If you've made one in the past, then you use that again to sign into register for a test. $413 is the cost to sign up for your test, not for your Dentpin.
