Call admissions and ask. I just contacted SCCO to withdraw my deposit and they had me email them to say I was withdrawing and then send a letter snail mail that had my signature (I had to write the letter myself). I think they need it in writing with your signature. But they said emailing it also would allow them to get the paperwork started.
