Depression along with Learning Issues

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
my best advice, while it may sound trite, is to whenever possible STOP thinking and START/KEEP doing. a study buddy or study group can often help with this! your med school is right when they say they chose you for a reason 🙂 and I am sure that the problems you've had will only make you appreciate your education more, and perhaps make you a better doctor in the end, who knows.

anyway, though, about your next year. . .DO, DO, DO, don't think. don't stop for 30 seconds to think about what is going to happen if you fail the class. give yourself a slap on the face, if need be! - and get back to work.

take meds if you need them, stay healthy, etc, pray if you are a person of faith, and keep in touch with your family and friends without letting yourself feel guilty if you can't spend large amounts of time with them very often.
i am sure you can do it!! :luck:
