I was browsing different websites with practices for sale looking at the overhead they have. I noticed that some say Dept Service ? 50K ? 60K per year. I couldn?t figure out what they mean by this. Can someone explain it to me? Is this considered some kind of a personal benefit for the owner or what the heck is this?

I think it is probably debt service. Either a misprint or you misread. Hope that helps.
