hello all,

i was wondering how indepth you need to know all the pathways (krebs, photosynthesis, etc...). i know in biochem class you pretty much learn every single enzyme and every intermediate but the Cliffs AP bio book is really superficial and i dont know what to expect on the DAT.

can some of you guys clarify how much of it needs to be memorized? thank you all for your help!

I am thinking that as long as you know where they take place, the starting and end products you should be good. For Krebs I assume knowing the intermediates that vary in carbon lengths would be useful too.

are u from UC Berkeley? If so, if you know EVERYTHING from Biology 1A and 1AL, you will ace it.

yeah i went to cal but im in a postbacc program now and its been a while. will kaplan and cliffs be enough?

I would throw destroyer in that mix too, but Cliffs does a very good job, however Kaplans is way too superficial and easy.
