Can anybody tell me what are the scores needed for getting a residency in dermatology and how much do research and publications count as I do not have any.
is derma an easygoing speciality or a hectic one?
can I get a H1 visa in Derma.

I don't think the words visa and dermatology go very well together.

Non US graduates very rarely match into Derm,perhaps 3 or so a year who have extensive research credentials.
