For educational and clinical decision support apps, I like VisualDx for its extensive image collection and diagnostic and treatment information that it has
For dermatology devices, I like the MoleScope, which is an iPhone attachable dermatoscope that's actually affordable. It also comes with a pretty cool app that lets you track your or your patient's moles and monitor them for change.
