Are bolognia, fitzpatrick, andrews etc. available for the ipad, kindle or any of the like?

I haven't checked myself recently but as of Dec 2009 I do know it wasn't available for the Kindle.

Would be nice to get those items for the iPad so I can justify picking one up 🙂

Given the list of author's, pretty sure the OP is referring to this book. Not to belabor the point. Supposedly you can download this to your computer when you buy it. Is this true? If so, that is pretty cool! 🙂

Bolognia and Rook's have some kind of online access from what I know. When I get my copy of Rook's (hopefully this week) I will try to let y'all know (unless someone else wants to chime in beforehand).

asmallchild, seems you should be able to use a netbook and maybe even an iPad to view Bolognia or Rook's e-editions. I'd check first before buying though (and blaming me for your purchase, LOL!).

May I know the good websites where free medical ebooks are available for downloading?

The standard texts I mention are not free. To get "legal" access to online Rook's you buy the 4 volume set. I was able to get my set online at Borders for a reasonable price with a coupon they sent to me. And in the end it may cost you nothing if your program provides yearly book money. I accessed my online Rook's account on an iPad the other day and all I can say is I was drooling. 🙂

To get "legal" access to e-Bolognia requires a purchase as well.
