Dermatology subspeciality fellowships in Germany

hey all.
I am a final year dermatology resident from India. Could someone please give me info on
1. Whether universities in Germany offer Dermat subspeciality training (dermatopathology / procedural dermatology / cosmetology / dermato-surgery) for foreign graduates
2. If they do, how do we apply and what're the requirements ( have to know the language, etc...)
3. Are scholorships available for these courses and if so, where can I apply for them
4. Is there a provision for me to work while I undergo training if I can't get scholorship?
