School might matter a bit, derm is tough to get in to. I would say the bigger name the better, Harvard, Yale, JHU, etc. If you can't get in to a top school then just go anywhere and do well. School doesn't matter as much as you may think. If you do well in school, do very good on the boards, do some derm research, make some good connections, and get really good letters from well-known derms you will get in. Easier said than done, but people do it every year, someone has got to get into derm residencies so go for it! Good Luck.

to match in derm, you should go to a school that can get you a 245 on step 1 and some research experience--i.e. almost any school. but YOU gotta be motivated.

(that question is like asking "where should i go for undergrad if i want to get into harvard med?" doesn't matter much, but you'd better crush the MCAT, get great grades and do some other cool stuff as well.)

Are you asking what school's program would best help you obtain a residency position in dermatology, or are you asking what place offers the best dermatology residency program?

Whew, I was thinking about those Harvard thing, those research and things like that, but it's kinda hard for me to think about that while i was entering medical school here in Manado, Indonesia, it was a very very small city in a small country, which have a very little researches. So, what should i do ? I don't know about those MCAT or things like that, it's new things for me, so i really really hope that u guys can help me a little bit more, cuz i'm so anxious to learn about derms.
