Desales University Housing

So I wanted to avoid doing the housing lottery for Desales (obviouly got accepted and sent in my deposit) so I am looking for a house in the surrounding area. Is anyone else looking for an apartment in the area? Everything seems to either be pretty expensive or you have to live with alot of roommates to make it work. Does anyone know of any affordable 1 bedroom apartments OR anyone who got in know of good housing setups for a couple?
