So just to make sure the layers are as followed:

1) Skin
2) Superficial Fascia ( Fibrous Layer - Dartos Fascia)
3)Extraperiotoneal
4) Transversalis Fascia
5) Transversus Abdonminus Layer
6) Internal Oblique
7) External Oblique


I think this is the correct order but I think I'm messing up after number 4.
 
If you 're talking about the covering of testes and spermatic cord, they are as follows:
Skin
Colles fascia and dartos muscle
Superficial perineal space
External spermatic fascia
Cremasteric fascia and muscle
Internal spermatic fascia
Extraperitoneal fascia
Tunica vaginalis
