think about phenotype, talking about effected not carrier. yes you are right
Genotype will be 1 child with normal genotype 2 carrier and one homozygos that will show phenotype.

But the question also says that it's 1 in 50 people that are homozygous recessive so you need to count that in if you didn't.

Correct Dr. Green the question is worded poorly. If you know that they already are carriers then the 1/50 is insignifigant.
