The answer key gives:
(.120)V = (.20)(60)
.120V = 1.20
V = 10

.2*60 = 12, not 1.2.

Did he skip a step or screw up?

I think he did. I was doing that same problem this morning and did it through like twice and then resorted to a calculator--still doesn't work. 🙁
