Destroyer mistake? Ochem #47

Destroyer's O chem #47 has answer C as being Anti aromatic, but I'm pretty sure its aromatic? The lone pair contributes to the sp3 hybrid leaving an empty p-orbital. So only 2 pi electrons. 4n + 2 = 2, n can equal 0.

Anyone agree?

I think it is a mistake as well...i am not sure. Can someone clarify?
