Why do we not count ethyl-cyclopropane?

I need to clarify this question. It should state to write all constitutional and stereoisomers that would contain a cyclopentane ring and methyl groups. Sorry for the error. I try to make the DESTROYER error free, but typos creep in. This is a great practice problem !
