Hey guys just wondering if someone can help me out on this problem
I understand what happens and the mechanism but i got choice E. How do you know which alpha proton get removed. I though it would be the left one which give you E, but the answer is B.

Unless there i a dialpha proton always remove the least sterically hindered Hydrogen (primary first). If you have a dialpha then that comes first.
