WHY BR2/CCL4 ADD SYN RATHER THAN ANT HERE?

Before i got into this problem, I knew that Br2/ccl4 is anti addition.

am i wrong?

Actually I posted a thread about it a couple of days ago! I guess it's supposed to be Anti but they've made a mistake I guess!
 
On a double bond?
Don't all halogens add anti on double bonds? If not can someone please explain?

Yes, unless it's beta-halocarbocation, which we don't need to know about. I guess destroyer just made a small mistake!
