good luck haha. i tried getting it from their damn site. After a week of no word, I emailed with nooo response. After two weeks of hearing absolutely nothing, I sent them an angry email asking them to either tell me about the whereabouts of my package OR to refund me and without any reason, I get an email back saying your money has been refunded. I email them back asking them if they planned on telling me why the money has been refunded or if they just don't care about their customers and she has the nerve to tell me

"You requested your money back and I did as you asked promptly. I had the impression your wanted to do business elsewhere. No company is perfect and the delay was due to an oversight in our processing center. I do hope that answers your questions and wish you the best."

To put an end to a long story, this was my response

"If there was a delay at the processing center, it is proper to notify the customer about the delay. After a week and a half of absolutely no notice whatsoever, are you the least bit surprised that I am a little agitated by the whole situation? And to reply to your statement that I requested my money back, I asked that you either update me on the whereabouts of my book OR cancel my order. You chose to refund my money with no explanation as to what took so long. I don't believe every company is perfect but I do believe that every company is capable of being courteous to their paying customers in case problems arise. Please look to addressing this issue in the future so others don't have to go through the same ordeal I had to face. Thank you "

I had to force myself to not include curse words in every sentence. man was i pissed. they are so damn cocky. their book might be good but their business policies are definitely still in the infant state. I ended up getting a used book from the forums instead. If anything I hope your endeavor isn't nearly as much a pain in the ass as was mine. good luck =)

o and when you're paying like 160 bucks for a book, is it too much to get a tracking number so you know exactly where your book is when on route? thas just my 2 cents.
 
I can see how that would be frustrating to you. It would likely frustrated me as well. You have to remember though, this is a very small company, and their talent isn't in business and marketing, it's purely in putting together the best DAT study materials available. While that's not a good excuse, at least you can rest assured that waiting through a very rare communication problem will get you the best possible product for your money.
