under aadsas it says you need to send your official transcripts to Detroit Mercy, so does that mean on top of the transcripts i sent to aadsas, I have to send another set to DMU?

yes, you are correct. UDM is one of those rare schools where you have to have your universities send your transcripts directly to UDM on top of the transcripts sent to AADSAS.
