Anybody loading with pregabalin or gabapentin preoperatively in these cases?

Yes.

I have "sevo" standing orders on all of my orthopedic patients, including spine.

Tylenol: 1000mg
Celebrex: 400mg
Gabapentin: 800mg (unless over 70 y/o do to somnolence)

Some of my partners only give celebrex. I think all three work well together.
