Diagnose this:

10 year old Husky/Chow mix

Presenting symptoms:

Uneasy gait, veers to the right side
Uneven pupil size
When in the act of lying down, becomes unstable
Lethargic
Loss of appetite
slight tenderness in sides
labored breathing

History:
veered right off of half flight of stairs and fell recently
no other evidence of traumatic events

Why don't u try taking him to a vet maybe they can diagnose it? Yer dog doesn't seem to be doing too good.....

If this is your dog, you'd better get to a vet. I'm guessing internal injuries- slow bleed, brain injury due to the side walking

My guess would be neurological problems. Did you see him fall and take a header into something? The uneven pupils, the side walking all indicates neurological damage, probably to the left side of the brain. The tenderness in the sides and lethargy would indicate internal injuries. I would get him to a vet as soon as possible.
