39 year old white male presents today to WAMC with the following symptoms and lab work:

- MCAT 513 (132/124/130/127)
- ESL (grew up in Poland, move to the US at 25)
- PhD in math, 19 papers, 5 single authored, PI of two National Science Foundation individual grants, college professor with early tenure
- 1200+ hours of work in the ER as tech and secretary
- 340 hours ER volunteering
- 273 hours community work (calling bingo in nursing home every week for 3.5 years)
- 10 hours of hospitality shadowing (a little bit more to come with primary care), shadowed informally other specialties while in the ER (radiologist, surgeon, on/gyn, pediatrician - did not put it in the app though)
- GPA is 4.0 from the post-bac coursework towards med schools, 3.85 graduate GPA, 3.64 GPA back from Poland

- green card holder, resident of OK
- AMCAS submitted on July 10th (my PS needed work)
