Any idea on a cheap but reliable oto/opthalmosope for students?? Welch Allyn is just too expensive

Go to Ebay and get a used set.

I think a reasonably priced but relatively high quality set would be the Riester Ri-mini. They're also small enough to carry around comfortably as well, if you actually planned on using it, going on medical missions, etc.
