I am/was a resident and did the course. It takes a long time to complete it and you have to get the scans as well. The exams are not "easy" and if you fail one you have to wait a whole 30 days to re-try. I have a Butterfly so it was easier for me to have access to a phased array probe. Overall I found it very useful and gave me a new skill and lots of comfort with POCUS. I recommend it but just know it can be a lot of work. It also might be logistically hard to get the scans when you are busy and trying to be efficient. I scanned a lot of friends/family as well to get the numbers haha
