I'm reading the Immunopathology chapter in Goljan (I'm going to read the Immuno and Genetics chapter in Goljan and read the rest in pathoma) and it talks about which tests to use for the different hypersensitivity disorders. Is this important knowledge for Step 1? It sounds like something Step 2 CK would ask.
