A patient with HTN/ diastolic HF ( EF 70 %) admitted with hypertensive emergency with HR in the 70's.

Her home meds include an ARB/ diuretic/ beta blocker.

what is the best choice now ?

Vasodilator/ Ca channel blocker ????
