Diazo Compounds on MCAT

Can someone tell me the extent to which I should be familiar with Diazo compounds on the MCAT?

It's one of the structures I saw on the mcat-review site for organic chemistry.

I believe you're supposed to just know the structure for reference. It's unlikely to come up.
