I got 7/15 is this a good start LMAO. And I was able to narrow the answer down to two choices and the answer to the questions that I got wrong was always between the two.

CDP angles are harder than Achiever, topscore and the real DAT
so ya... dont worry too much

They have 2 modes, 3 degree or 6 degree apart. The 3 degree one is so hard. Sometimes I just want to pick up my monitor and slam it to the ground 🙂 but i refrain myself from doing it because it's not an ideal quality a dentist should have.
I believe if I spend 30minutes each day for 1 month I can master it.

LOL I was doing the 3 degree mode I guess I am decent at this crap

the angles are ridiculous sometimes. Heres what may help: keep in mind on the real exam were all going to either get lucky or not in terms of angles. But look at the answer first, if 3/4 of the answers start and end with the same answer, and the the other choice is obviously wrong then you can start eliminating. Also, don't do angles at 4 a.m. after a full day of studying your brain is going to be mush. I was getting 19's on my first 4 CDP tests and going over by like 15 minutes, and I took a break for 2 weeks. The next time I took it I got a 20 and had ten minutes to spare. Take a break, something might click.

try to improve on the other sections of the PAT. all the other ones are learnable. Angles with 3 degrees apart are impossible to tell with 30s per question. The ones that are rotated with no shared planes of symmetry => guess since you can't touch the screen. I improved from 21 to 22 to 25 for the entire CDP. Do one every other day. However, angles went from 100% to 80%. I couldn't find a way to master this.

You can actually draw 1/2 of the pattern folding problems on paper and rotate as well as hole punching for the harder ones.

Good luck studying.

Any strategies for keyholes and TFE?
