did anybody get a confirmation letter that has check mark on"Application Compted" box??

I sent in my college transcripts in 8/28th..
and i have received an envelope dated 9/5 that they haven't yet
recieved my transcripts..

and that's all I heard from them until now..

my webtools online status check still says last updated "8/1"

is anybody done?? should i try to contact them to make sure they got my transcripts???

The last update to my online webtools for UCSF is August 24th.

I also had a mistake when they sent me my letter about my application. It said I had not sent my transcripts, but I had sent both transcripts 2 weeks earlier. than the date on the letter. Despite the fact that they say they wouldn't answer questions over the phone I called and kept waiting and hitting buttons until I got a recorder. I left a message about my problem and asked if they would call me back.

A day later I got a phone call and I cleared up the mistake (they had expected another set of graduate transcripts even though those grades were also on my undergrad transcripts). two days later my online webtools was updated to "complete"

As for interviews...I was just at the school last friday on a tour and asked when interview invites would start. The directr of admissions said they were going to start sending out invites sometime this week.

I got everything in at the beginning of September and got a mailing the following week. I think I got the conf in the mail on the 11th.

Well, at least we're complete on paper! UCSF's adcomm will hopefully meet in the next few weeks, and for sure in Oct. The app process has just begun over there so, cross your fingers.

Mine just finally switched to complete today, but it says that it was last updated 9/7. Before that, it was incomplete since 8/21. DDS🙂, also note this: "Please, be aware that the review process could take from a couple of weeks to several months." You're only two months into it, haha. It's possible there's another two or more of waiting. 😛

I mailed out my secondary application along with my transcripts on 9/11/06 and the application was complete as of 9/18/06. its only been a week since my seconday was sent, but it seemed forever!!! I hope everything goes well...

i got an email saying my app was complete a couple days ago. and today it was updated on AADSAS and webtools that it was complete also.

their webtool is really really slow at updating. don't worry about it.

If it was updated and it says incomplete or unreviewed 9/28, then that means they have not completed your application. chances are your stuff are in their office, but they havent gotten around to it. if i were you, i would email them to ask, they don't answer calls, but they do reluctantly respond to emails.

their webtool is slow, in the sense that they do not update you immediately or very often. for example, i was complete 9/22, but they didnt update my page until the 29th (but they date on my webpate says 9/22). however, if his webtool says updated on the 28th and its incomplete, then thats because they havent processed his info yet.

so you mean it has remained unchanged for 2 months then? or did it change..and remained unchanged for the past month? anyway, mine changed from unreviewed to complete within the past month.

on august 24th, they changed it to unreviewed and since then it hasn't been updated. on august 25th, i received a letter in the mail saying that everything had been received except for 1 letter of rec which AADSAS had F-up on. since then, the other schools have received it, so i am expecting that UCSF has as well. but they have not updated me on whether they have the letter or not. does any one know if carmen usually answers her messages and how long it normally takes?

both UCSF's site and AADSAS say that my app isn't complete. by the way, what's their email address, just in case calling doesn't work.
