Did anybody who interviewed at Maryland get rejected?

I am just trying to figure out approximately how big the wait list is for Maryland. It seems like they might just put everybody not accepted on the wait list, but I am not sure. Any information anybody has is appreciated! Thanks in advance for your time!

I'm wondering the same thing too. Since they don't send out rejections until July-Aug, I guess the better question to ask is that whether there has been anyone who interviewed after Jan that has NOT been either accepted OR been put on the wait list.

yea i think a lot of people wonder that about maryland and my guess is if you had an interview you won't get a rejection letter until july-aug.

believe it or not guys... check this out. I'm in state, had an interview November 3rd which is fairly early, and haven't heard ANYTHING yet. I tried emailing them 4 weeks ago and calling them this afternoon and got the same generic response both times that just to be patient basically. I'm probably going to call them again in about a week or so to double check with them that I didn't fall through the cracks. I have NOT gotten waitlisted yet and i'm wondering if thats a good thing that i'm still in consideration or that if i should be worrying even more?

I'm in the same situation as you. I interviewed on Jan 11th, in state, and I haven't been accepted, wait listed, or rejected.

I've called their office a few times actually, and they can never tell me anything more than that I'm still "under consideration." I've tried to ask questions like how many of us there are, competing for how many spots, but I guess they can't disclose that.

I really try not to get my hopes up because waiting through this application cycle so far has disappointing, but if I want to say that not being wait listed right now is a good thing.

But I'm not going to keep waiting on that hope, and I'm setting things up for reapplication next cycle regardless.

Same story ... interviewed in October, never heard a peep. Except I'm out of state. Luckily I got into my top school so I withdrew my application recently. But it bugged me why Maryland didn't even reject me or put me on the wait list after almost 6 months. Oh well.

I interviewed Feb-No wait list or reject yet.
But i know thats a reject anyway
