Are you talking about written exam or the oral boards?

Written is multiple choice, oral is essentially having a bunch of cases thrown at you. Okay not really- you are presented cases, and you have to discuss how you would handle them with the panel. I haven't taken the orals yet, but at least that is how my "mocks" have gone.

Watch out for the orals. Our senior and junior oral examiners have told us that anything is fair game and a significant portion of the examiners give you a long clinical scenario then ask you to draw the brachial plexus, ask for the mechanism of action of insulin, or something else completely unrelated to the scenario.
