I have limited time (<20 days) and was thinking of just blasting through BRS physio. That would take away time from doing some more Practice Q's. Do you think it is high yield enough, or is the FA physio part more than enough?

I used BRS physio alongside my first pass through FA and that was pretty useful b/z there is a ton of stuff FA leaves out as they assume you remember the foundational knowledge to understand what is in there. If you aren't weak in physio then I would just use FA and focus on doing UWorld + Pathoma as well.

I think it depends on where you stand with physio. If your NBMEs are consistently low in physio then it's probably worth it for you to take the time to review BRS, but if you're doing fine in physio on NBMEs then you probably already have a good physio foundation and will be better off doing more questions/passes of FA and pathoma. I took the USMLE a few weeks ago and I would say that the "reasonable" physio questions could be solved with UFAP knowledge. Just make sure it's a weakness before you spend extra time on it. Good luck!

I used the regular size Costanzo physiology during dedicated to supplement FA because I felt very weak in physio and found it to be pretty helpful. BRS physio would prob be even more useful because I def couldn't make it through the whole Costanzo but would have liked to.
