especially the whole "install on one computer only, ever" deal

Virus? buy another version.
Computer crashed? buy another version.
Windows doesnt work correctly anymore? buy another version.
New hard drive? buy another version.

Bought a new computer? Pay 20% of your original purchase price for a new license.

No problem for those who take the test once, but this can be problems with people who take it more than once or bought it very early to study ahead but had a computer problem weeks before taking the exam.
