Medical Did I screw up by not clarifying my interview response?

Hello,

I recently had my top choice interview and, during it, I mentioned a documentary I had watched that had educated me on a topic that we were discussing. It didn't occur to me until now that the documentary has the same name as a movie (not a major famous film, but a film nonetheless) which comes up as the first few search results for it. Did I screw myself over by not providing more information like the publishing company and make myself look uninformed?
