Hi,

I was wondering if people did the application themselves or had friends look over the application before they submitted it.

I think mine looks pretty good, but what did people out there do? How did you make sure your application is high quality.

I had many people read over my PS and that's about it. I should've gotten them to go over the whole application as well though.

A second pair of eyes could only help.

I was so careful to make sure everything was correct. I wrote everything in MS word, proofread the heck out of it, but when I copied and pasted it into a box on the AADSAS app I made a mistake. (ouch). Didn't catch it until it was too late.

I've heard from an admissions director that a typo in an app is a big no no. We as dentists are supposed to be detailed and meticulous after all.
