Did you write a list to prof for your LOR?

I will have 3 prof writing my letters, but the one that knows me best wants me to write "something about myself so that he can add/modify it into a nice letter'? What things do I write in this "draft"?

Also, is it ok that they give the letters to my predental advisor so that he can decide if I need another letter? Make sure they didn't miss anything? I'm *not sure how this works. My school doesn't have a committee.
