Difference between K2Cr2O7 and Na2Cr2O7?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Both are ionic compounds only with two different cations which have very similar properties [Talking about K+ and Na+]. Cr's oxidation number is 6+ in both cases. YOu can use either of them in a chemical reaction. Don't worry about the NA or K. It has no effect. [assume you are dealing with the same compound]
