What are the differences between Keq, Kc, and Q

hmm i think if u use units of molarity for an aqueous soln or gas then its referred to as Kc. the c stands for concentration. and they usually designate Kc by writing the products and reactants in brackets.
gases themselves can also use units of pressure--Kp
Keq is the equilibrium constant, aka only use this at equilibrium and Q is used any other time besides equilibrium.
