Hello, I am trying to get an understanding of the timeline for submission of the primary application. I am planning to take the MCAT May 31, so my score probably won't be available till June 31. Does that mean that my application won't be sent to schools till June 31, even if I submit it before then? Will this delay affect my application in any way?

When do schools begin receiving the primary application? How many days after the submission day opens. (This year it can be submitted June 3, 2014).

The primary is available for you to fill out on May 1.
The first day you can possibly submit is June 3rd.
Primary applications are released to medical schools on June 28th. (this was what it was for 2014, not sure the exact date this year, but probably around this time)

if you submit it soon after it opens, your app should be verified by the time you get your scores back. You scores would be sent to schools ~3 days after your app is released. Shouldn't be an issue

It opens in may. You can submit ~ 1 month later. It is transmitted to schools about one month after THAT. Last year it was 29 June. That's the first day any school would see anything you wrote, if it was verified by then.

Did you read the application manual?
