Just curious, in the United States, is there a difference btwn MS, MSc, MMSc? For instance, this guy I know says MS is regarded more highly than an MMSC - it's like more 'pure.' ? Any thoughts?

much obliged.

I've never heard of a MMSC--what is it?

In regards to MS vs MSc, it is simply a matter of convetion: MS is most common in the United States, while MSc is the MS equivalent in Europe and the commonwealth countries

MMSc is masters of medical science(s). I know they offer it at harvard.
