Kaplan Formulas:

delta T = Kbm
Osmotic pressure = MRT

Destroyer:

delta T = Kbmi
Osmotic pressure = MRTi

So how do I know when to use which one?

Go with destroyer, kaplans is full of mistakes. (The i is considering the number of particles that the molecule breaks apart into I believe or something like that, its been a little while)

i is the Van't Hoff factor and accounts for the amount of particles it will dissociate into. the Destroyer is right again
