I'm doing a postbacc at a different school than my undergrad and our final grades for one of my bio class were released lastnight and everyone in the class basically got a B. i got an A (as did two other people).
however.....the thing thats annoying me and i know it SHOULDNT but i cant help it, everyone else in the class thinks they deserve an A too (for what, im not SURE) bc nobody in that class deserves an A...they all use to make fun of me how i would actually do my hw and study for my tests while they all took it as a serious joke and now theyve all emailed the professor saying im confused why you gave me a B (when they legit earned a B if not less, im saying this bc ive seen their grades), and this morning he actually changed some of the students grades to an A bc they said they put in alot of effort and they deserve an A......and so he changed it........
basically, the point is, why did i work for my A and actually earn it with scoring on the tests/labs and these ppl who did nothing are also getting A's. my point is, this school that im doing my postbacc at is much simpler than my undergrad , this school is a complete joke apparently (& no its not community) where profs just hand out A's. I find it to be crazy and i guess it just shows u need to pick ur undergrads perfectly, aka schools where youre basically handed out As no matter what. its not fair but apparently this is real....... and its really crazy to me. If i had gone here for undergrad i wouldve never even been DOING a postbacc to begin with bc my profs NEVER just handed out As.
