Here's some information about DIP-Q which is a personality questionnaire based on DSM-IV and ICD-10. It was created back in 1995. A validation report was produced in 1998 and a computer version developed in 1999. This year the system has moved to the web. The following site contains all that is needed to set up questionnaires and inspect graphs and reports.

Please note that DIP-Q administration is restricted to qualified personnel, i.e. M.D. residents in psychiatry, registered clinical psychologists or other mental health professionals qualified for psychiatric diagnostic assessment according to the DSM - IV / ICD - 10.
