Hey I have 2 interview offers total so far, one prelim med and one anesthesia and obviously these programs don't care so much about my transcript and dean's letter since they aren't in yet.

What are the disadvantages of going to interview early besides the potential waste of money if I get tons more later and decide I wasn't as keen on these programs...? Do they assume a higher interest level if you go right away? I figure freeing up more days of vacation and such in December is better so I should probably go early if I can.

Go to the early ones. It makes things much easier to schedule later on. That is, unless you really don't like the spot or have most of december and january off so you can make the random interview day offers.
Plus you get a chance to hear yourself answer the only three questions you will get at most places: Why anesthesia? Why this school? Any questions for us?
